Feasibility
Before a line is drawn we tell you what the site can take and what it will cost to build there. If the numbers do not work, you find out now — not at slab stage.
Concrete, glass and steel. Fixed scope, named date, no theatre. Stillpoint is a custom-home builder for people who want the structure to do the talking.
A small Brisbane builder. We take three to four houses a year and finish every one of them.
Stillpoint started in a shed in Woolloongabba in 2009 with one rule: say what it will cost, say when it will be done, then do exactly that. We have not broken it yet.
We work in the plain materials — board-formed concrete, structural glass, raw steel, blackbutt. No render hiding the joins, no feature walls pretending to be load-bearing. What you see holding the house up is what is holding the house up.

We draw with our engineers in the room. Every detail is documented to the millimetre so the price you sign is the price you pay.
One number, named completion date, line-by-line scope. No provisional sums hiding the real cost.
Board-formed walls, post-tensioned slabs, exposed steel. We pour it ourselves and we leave it visible.
Joinery, glazing, services. Trades we have worked with for a decade, sequenced so the site is never idle.
Keys on the date we named, a full defects walk-through, and a six-year structural guarantee in writing.
