Stillpoint started in a shed in Woolloongabba in 2009 with one rule: say what it will cost, say when it will be done, then do exactly that. We have not broken it yet.
We work in the plain materials — board-formed concrete, structural glass, raw steel, blackbutt. No render hiding the joins, no feature walls pretending to be load-bearing. What you see holding the house up is what is holding the house up.
Before a line is drawn we tell you what the site can take and what it will cost to build there. If the numbers do not work, you find out now — not at slab stage.
We draw with our engineers in the room. Every detail is documented to the millimetre so the price you sign is the price you pay.
