A monolithic concrete block on a raised site — raw, exposed, unapologetic. The house is its own structure, with nothing applied to disguise the making.
Poured in situ over 14 weeks using purpose-built formwork with a deep board texture. No render, no paint, no cladding. Openings are cut as voids — steel-framed glass set flush with the concrete face. Inside, the same discipline: polished concrete floors, blackbutt joinery floating free of the walls, exposed steel lintels at every door head.
