A former wool store stripped to its bones — existing concrete frame retained, new insertions in blackbutt and raw steel, nothing hidden.
The original 1920s reinforced-concrete frame was sandblasted back to aggregate. New steel mezzanines and blackbutt-lined pods slot into the old bays without touching the columns — a house-within-a-frame. Services run exposed on unistrut; lighting is industrial pendants on conduit. The conversion celebrates the roughness it inherited.
